Overall, a great option for Oaxaca. The rooms are very nice and the staff is warm, friendly and extremely accommodating. The location is perfect - it's an easy 5-10 min walk into the heart of town and there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within a 5 min stroll. The hotel rooms are basic but spacious, and the hotel itself is a great space for relaxing and recharging after exploring the city. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely experience staying at Hotel Con Corazon in Oaxaca. The room had all necessary amenities and was super-clean. The hotel is beautiful with so many plants and cozy spots to relax. The breakfast was delicious. I also grew to really appreciate the constant availability of purified water - something I miss in the other hotels during the rest of my Mexico trip. However, the true highlight of the experience was the service. All staff were truly friendly and wonderful. They make you feel so welcome and cared for.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from Zocalo in a quieter neighbourhood. The building is recessed from the street, so there is almost no noise from passing cars. The facilities are tidy, well-maintained and the space is lovely. We felt very safe. Complementary breakfast is superb. Service is friendly and good. We used their laundry service and the clothes came back clean, albeit 1.5 hours later than they said. The only con is that the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours talking and using the bathroom in their rooms. One neighbour had explosive flatulence and possibly diarrhea at 3am on our first night. It was funny and we used earplugs the next few nights of our stay. We would stay again and we would recommend to friends and family.

This place is truly wonderful. The staff here are amazing! We actually met all of them while they were having their holiday team party! Too bad we didn't get a chance to book the cooking class they offer, so if you're staying there , you should book in advance. I love that they trust their guests so much that they have an honour system for grabbing alcoholic drinks from the fridge etc. The breakfast options changes daily and so worth it. Overall one of the best hotels in Oaxaca! The girl that serves breakfast is truly such a pleasant person and always treats you like family, make sure to tip her 😊! Cheers, Jason

This was a lovely stay with helpful and accommodating staff, beautiful and inviting facilities, and an environment with a strong community focus. Our room was quiet and comfortable with everything we needed. The food was excellent and we loved the gardens and court yards that attracted local birds and offered stunning panoramic views of the city. The location was great and walkable with good access to local restaurants, including Moogoñe and Criollo. I particularly appreciated this hotel going the extra mile to educate you about staying in Oaxaca with their excellent information booklet, and the variety of educational experiences they offer. I highly recommend this stay!

We loved it here. The hotel is beautiful, our room was spacious and beautifully furnished and the staff was very friendly. We also loved the shampoo/conditioner and soap (handmade in Mexico) that they provided. The hotel is very well located, only a short walk from the city center. Our personal highlight was the breakfast - every morning we were served a local specialty, beautifully arranged and each time absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this place :)

The staff in the hotel are lovely and keep the place spotlessly clean. Breakfast is out of this world a different take on a Mexican dish every day served with coffee, yoghurt and fruit. The location is a 20 minute walk to the Zocalo however …
